Adult Partial Hospitalization
The adult Partial Hospitalization Program operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a hot lunch provided in the hospital cafeteria. This program combines a structured treatment setting, at the core of which is, intensive individual, group and family therapies.
Advantages of our Partial Hospitalization Program:
- Daily group therapy including Dialectical Behavior Therapy skill acquisition, Trauma Recovery and coping skills to help with depression, anxiety and/or other mental health symptoms.
- Nursing groups with a registered nurse to assist with medication education, physical health and wellness.
- Daily recreational therapy which utilizes recreation and other activity-based interventions to improve health, recovery and well-being.
- One-on-one psychiatrist contact a minimum of three times a week to monitor progress and medications to properly guide the treatment program.
Our partial hospitalization sessions are augmented by recreational and activity therapies to aid in overall well-being. Increased personal responsibility and healthy adoption within the family, work, school and community are the ultimate goals for each patient.
Patients may be referred on their own, by physicians, mental health professionals, social workers, social service agencies, family members, friends, employee assistance programs, court officials, insurance case managers, outpatient clinics, hospitals and other agencies.
