Our Program
The goal of the intensive outpatient program is stabilization, supportive increased therapy and the development of positive skills.
With four to six weeks of programming, depending on your clinical needs, this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday outpatient program from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. is designed to:
- Help bridge the gap between the acute level of care and individual therapy.
- Be utilized as an alternative to inpatient treatment.
- Serve as a step-down from residential or acute mental health treatment.
Additionally, Thursdays are available for those who have to miss a day, and yoga is offered on Wednesdays at noon.
