Intensive Outpatient Program Benefits:
- Continuum of care: An abrupt shift from inpatient to outpatient care can leave people feeling vulnerable to triggers in their normal environment. Intensive outpatient treatment assists in the transition, making re-hospitalization less likely.
- IOP gives patients access to a structured environment during the day to strengthen resilience and allow you to practice new skills in your everyday environment.
- It allows for an intensive structured treatment without separating you from your support system
- Quick access to nursing, psychiatric and medical assistance
- Patients have continued access to group therapy that they may not have in traditional outpatient settings, as well as access to individual therapy, activity therapies and family therapy (as needed)
We offer two distinct Intensive Outpatient Programs:
Adolescents
The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program operates Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Adults
The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program operates Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Virtual IOP options are also available for both adolescents and adults.
