24/7 Assessments

By offering 24-hours, seven days a week assessments and admissions, the Havenwyck Intake Center is able to quickly respond and help you to explore treatment options that we have available for you or your loved one. We take extra care to ensure the highest level of compassion and professionalism during our confidential assessments.

• Gathers pertinent information to make a thorough assessment of the individual’s treatment needs
• Explains the programs and services offered at Havenwyck and provides referrals if inpatient or partial hospitalization criteria is not met
• Guides individuals meeting criteria for a Havenwyck program through the admission process including verification of benefits

Patients may be referred on their own, by physicians, mental health professionals, social workers, social service agencies, family members, friends, employee assistance programs, court officials, insurance case managers, outpatient clinics, hospitals and other agencies.

We cannot offer diagnosis, counseling or recommendations online, but professionals are available to speak with you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
